Terms of use

These terms govern the use of NeoFINO, the application developed by Neo Aplicaciones, C.A. By using the app, you accept these conditions.

1. Use of the app

NeoFINO lets you organize your finances by businesses, record transactions, create notes and schedule reminders. You agree to use the app lawfully and not for unauthorized purposes.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your access confidential and for the activity carried out from your account. We recommend enabling the PIN or biometric lock for extra security.

3. Your content

The content you create (businesses, transactions, notes and reminders) is yours. You grant us only the permissions needed to store, sync and display it within the service.

4. Plans and subscription

NeoFINO offers a free plan and paid plans (for example, NeoFINO Pro), which include ad removal, more businesses and books, and backups. Prices and conditions are shown in the app and the purchase is managed through the corresponding store (Google Play or App Store).

Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions that renew at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings in Google Play or the App Store; cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the store's policies.

5. Collaboration

When you invite other people to your books, you share that content with them according to the role you assign. You are responsible for who you invite and the content you share.

6. Service availability

We work to keep the app available and running properly, but the service is provided "as is" and may experience interruptions due to maintenance or reasons beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

NeoFINO is a personal organization tool and does not constitute financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the information managed in the app.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will publish the current version on this page and, where appropriate, notify you within the app.
